THE number of 18 to 24-year-olds not in employment, education or training increased by 41,000 in the last quarter of 2009 compared with the same period a year earlier, new figures show.
The total of 895,000 in England was lower than the one million figure in the previous three months, but comparisons are usually made for the same quarter of the year.See the full content of this document
