DIVORCE doesn't have to be acrimonious. According to Nicola Matthews, a collaborative lawyer at Hay & Kilner, behaving in a civil and fair manner means there is a much better chance of successfully raising children together. One of the best ways to resolve the issues that arise on separation is a process called collaborative family law.
