POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man acted inappropriately in front of three youngsters.
A nine-year-old and two 11-year-old girls were playing in the wooded area of Windmill Hill park in Bensham, Gateshead, when they were approached by a man. He began to chat with them before acting inappropriately in front of them.
