ANORTH East luxury hotel has recently employed one of the country's youngest female sommeliers. Rockliffe Hall at Hurworth, near Darlington, has appointed a 22-year-old wine expert as head sommelier for its fine dining restaurant as well as for its cocktail lounge and drawing room.
