WELL-WISHERS came from far and wide to catch a glimpse of the royal visitors in Northumberland yesterday. The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh were at Alnwick to open the town's new youth hostel and to attend a special garden party for Northumberland's carers and volunteers.
