Quiet enjoyment. It's what many of us dream of, but it's what tenants have as a right. Most tenancy agreements contain a clause in which the landlord agrees to give the tenant uninterrupted "quiet enjoyment".

However, the landlord also has the right and obligation under the lease to carry out repairs. The two rights do not always sit happily together.
