A teenager was in court yesterday for breaching an Anti Social Behaviour Order ( just minutes after magistrates imposed it.
The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was given an Asbo by magistrates in Gosforth last Friday and exposed himself as he left court.
