After eight successive league defeats Chiefs came from 2-0 down to beat Bradford yesterday and bounce back from Saturday's 9-3 loss to Blackburn.

The visitors went ahead in the second minute and they doubled their advantage on the powerplay at 03.55. But Sunderland, without Andrew Carter and Kristian Lloyd, pulled a goal back on the powerplay at 24.55 with a Sean Alderson strike and, with two minutes left in the middle period, Michael Allinson equalised.
