Newcastle Eagles, facing the toughest of early-season double headers, will benefit from one of British basketball's brightest young talents this weekend after finally securing the services of England international Andrew Sullivan.

The ex-Villanova forward, one of the most sought after players in Europe, has been training on Tyneside for the last month. However, an administrative problem ruled Sullivan out of a debut against Scottish Rocks on October 1 and last weekend's victory at Chester.
