A development of two, three-bed semi-detached houses in West Lea, west of Bedlington town centre, is ahead of schedule thanks to some neighbourly assistance.
The development on land that originally formed part of a neighbouring property's garden is Property Logic Group's (PLG) first since it was established in May 2006. It is due for completion later this month. Since construction began in November 2006, kind-hearted neighbour Peggy Gair has provided the site team with a regular brew, keeping the wheels of construction well lubricated.See the full content of this document
