TWO out of three sixth-formers in the North may abandon plans to study at university because of rising costs and the fear of long- term debt, new figures suggest.
The shock results of a Journal survey reveal that most 16, 17 and 18-year-olds are re-thinking whether or not to opt for a degree course, with a massive 84% very concerned about how much university would cost them.See the full content of this document
