INVESTORS have put one of Darlington's most prominent properties on the market with a pounds 16.4m price tag. The former Binns department store is let to House of Fraser on a long lease and is expected to attract keen interest from funds as well as private investors.

The owners bought the 135,000sqft property with frontage on to Black - wellgate and High Row in the centre of the County Durham town two years ago.
