Transport group Stagecoach has taken another step in its restructuring drive by selling most of its stake in Hong Kong toll- road operator Road King Infrastructure.
Stagecoach, which runs bus services in the North-East, said it would receive about pounds 52m by disposing of a quarter of its 30.6pc shareholding in Road King to Hong Kong-listed property development and logistics group Shenzhen Investment.
