NEWCASTLE entrepreneur Wladimir Baronoff-Rossine is travelling to a prestigious Silicon Valley conference in the hope of raising a million dollars to develop a new mobile project.

The former founder of North East software company DPIvision is heading to California on September 10 to showcase mobile e-commerce product MobiCart at the DEMO conference, which has previously showcased the launches of worldwide successes such as Skype, Netscape Navigator, Java, Palm and Adobe Acrobat.
