There seems to be a never ending stream of conflicting press reports about the UK contact centre industry. There are companies which have chosen to take their contact centre operations overseas, but equally there are hundreds of jobs being created as multinational companies continue to grow their operations.

Contact centres form a part of our everyday life; almost all employers in the service industry have an operation of this type. The industry is facing competition from an increasingly global market, but we remain in a strong position and through further developing employees we can create an unrivalled level of customer service across the board.
