Summary
The second phase of the Blaydon Trade Park scheme has reached completion and the newly-built trade counter units are now ready for occupation.
Phase two, which sits adjacent to phase one, was designed by award-wining architect Ryders HSK and the scheme mirrors the specification of the existing eight-unit scheme on Chainbridge Road. The 10 new units range from 1,930 sq ft up to 32,399 sq ft.See the full content of this document
