COUNCIL bosses in Northumberland are struggling to find pounds 60m in cuts in one year. County Hall chiefs say they are "sailing into uncharted waters" as they try to make the huge budget savings.
They will launch formal consultations with staff and the public on an initial cuts package of more than pounds 36m in the next financial year, pounds 24m short of the target.See the full content of this document
