Amongst the never ending dross, diatribe and associated Defra bumph that finally comes to rest on my battered, ex-kitchen table ( which serves as my open-ended filing cabinet ( I dug out some relevant reference material supposedly originating from that other erudite body, the Food Standards Agency.
