A touch of Hollywood glamour came to Northumberland last night (tues) when a group of school pupils strode down the red carpet for the premiere of their first feature film.

Students at Ashington High School dressed up in glittering gowns and tuxedos for the event, which marked the completion of seven months' toil on their film And Then There Were None, by Agatha Christie.
