Summary
FLATBREAD Cafe is dipping into a new location with the launch of its outlet at the Gateshead MetroCentre later this month. The new cafe will be based in the Studio area, offering the same cutleryfree dining experience of the original Flatbread Cafe in Newcastle's High Bridge, with a menu made up of flavours from across the globe. Diners use flatbread like a spoon to scoop up dishes such as sabzi (feta cheese with fresh herbs), chicken Murglia with saffron and garam masala, and Persian lamb khoresh with celery and mint.
BAKERS Thomsons, famous for its Newcastle Brown Ale Cob, has gained recognition for its rigorous food safety standards. The artisan bakery based in Westerhope, Newcastle, has been going since 1956 and continues to survive against supermarket competition.See the full content of this document
