LAST month The Journal reported on the shortage of good-quality industrial stock in the North East region and the potential threat this poses to growth in the regional economy.
In the same article I stated there were just two Grade A buildings in excess of 100,000sq ft immediately . Since then, DTZ has sent terms out to inquiries on both these buildings.
