AN ACCIDENT in which a light aircraft crash landed and flipped over in a Northumberland cornfield was probably caused by ice forming on the carburetor, an investigation has concluded.
Pilot Frederick Colman, 59, was able to walk away from the wreckage with just bruises after he was forced to make the emergency landing in the field near Seaton Delaval in June this year.See the full content of this document
