Summary
M AMLOOK was one of David Pipe's leading flagbearers over hurdles last season and he can translate that form to the level in the totesport.com Chester Cup. Remarkably still only a six-yearold, Pipe's charge won a valuable handicap hurdle at Ascot last term as well as being placed in the Elite Hurdle and totesport Trophy. In his last three starts on the Flat, Mamlook has twice been placed in the Cesarewitch and finished a narrow second in the Ascot Stakes at the Royal meeting.
This two miles and three furlongs holds no fears for him and, as a small, handy horse who travels well in his races, the idiosyncratic nature of the Roodee should suit him down to the ground.See the full content of this document
