MAKING sure north Northumberland farmers can access the training they need to keep up with the rapidly changing industry without having to take too much time out from the essential business of agriculture is at the heart of Viv Cockburn's philosophy.

Since taking over as the North Northumberland Agricultural Training Association's (NNATA) training co-ordinator recently, she has made it her priority to capture as much available money as possible to provide affordable training for the area.
