Fashion retailer Peacocks has signed up for some of the last remaining space at a Durham retail park due to open in the next two months.
Peacocks has signed up for 7,115 sq ft at London and Cambridge Properties' Dragonville Retail Park, leaving only 2,000 sq ft left available to let at the proposed 93,000 sq ft centre. Discount retailer TK Maxx took 15,000 sq ft on a 15-year lease just before Christmas last year following on from the signing of discount clothing retailer Matalan for 27,000 sq ft earlier in the year.See the full content of this document
