JAMES OLIVER Blackwell Grange Hotel JAMES Oliver started work at the Darlington-based Blackwell Grange Hotel aged 16 to help fund his studies. Eight years on and having worked in a number of part-time positions at the hotel, James is now the full-time food and beverage manager. Loved by guests and staff alike, James is a central character who receives first-class customer feedback.
