A MAN has been charged with possessing an offensive weapon in Sunderland after refusing to pay a taxi fare.
At around 3.30am on Saturday police were informed that a man had run into his house on Craigshaw Road, Hylton Castle, and emerged holding a knife and a sword. The taxi driver was not threatened.See the full content of this document
