Summary
MUSIC Maestro has shown more than enough on his first three outings to suggest he is capable of getting off the mark in the Bet Melbourne Cup - Betdaq Maiden Stakes at Wolverhampton. The fact that Barry Hills' juvenile has already been gelded suggests he has perhaps not always been straightforward, but he showed up well on his debut to finish sixth in a hot maiden at Glorious Goodwood. Unsurprisingly he was strongly fancied for his next start at Thirsk and although he let down favourite backers, he was still only beaten half a length so it was not a poor display by any means.
You could almost see his stamina ebbing away when fourth over nine furlongs round here a few a weeks ago and dropped in trip, he will find few better opportunities than this to shed his maiden tag.See the full content of this document
