AROUND 1.78m households across the UK are set to spend a total of pounds 3.56bn on doing up their homes over the first May Bank Holiday, according to new research from Everest, the UK's leading home improvement company.
On average, they will spend approximately pounds 2,000 each, but the majority (68%) of households will spend no more than pounds 750, while 7% will spend over pounds 10,000 and 5% over pounds 15,000.See the full content of this document
