What was it, I wonder, that prevented the Labour Mayor John Harrison and the Labour Group in North Tyneside from supporting the motion put forward by the Conservative Linda Arkley to set up a cross-party task group to look at how the council could help businesses and residents through this economic crisis?See the full content of this document
