I AGREE with both Robin Thompson and Nicholas Konyn regarding the building of two aircraft carriers in Scotland (The Journal, February 28).
Tyneside has a far better reputation than anyone for the quality of its shipbuilding, especially warships. Were we offered any chance to tender for the contract? I doubt it.See the full content of this document
