I WOULD like to suggest a different spin on the piece in The Journal yesterday, April 17, about drug addicts being given tickets to Newcastle United football matches as an "incentive".
How about we start a new type of society where we reward people who don't take drugs, don't binge drink, don't cause criminal damage or commit crimes, don't steal because they are short of money for drugs, mortgage, food, life, but just struggle on in an honest fashion like the rest of us.See the full content of this document
