AM I the only one who finds it strange that "energy efficiency company" Eaga is to make millions out of helping people switch to digital television, as The Journal reports in Tuesday's North East Business section?
The digital switchover is an appalling waste of energy because digital TVs and radios use much more power than analogue sets. At a time when we're rightly being told by the Government to consume less energy, it is in fact forcing us to use more in this area.See the full content of this document
