I MUST take issue with Mr A Dixon (Voice of the North, September 30) and ask him to answer the question: what has the Labour Party ever done for the North East.
I have lived my whole life in this region. Almost without exception, the whole of local government has been administered by Labour politicians and we have sent over 30 Labour MPs to Parliament after every General Election.
