MURDERED Chris Brown was shot three times by Raoul Moat and had no chance of surviving, a pathologist told a court.

Dr William Lawler, who carried out a post mortem on Mr Brown after he was gunned down by Moat, said two of his injuries were so serious they would have been fatal on their own.
