This time of year brings a number of important festivals for major religions in the UK ( Christmas for Christianity, Hanukkah for Judaism and Eid-ul-Adha for Islam.

This increases the focus on recent employment law cases dealing with religion in the workplace, but for employers it is important to separate from media hype the law dealing with the expression of religious beliefs by employees at work.
