Italian chefs think our beef is of outstanding quality ( and have presented the English Beef and Lamb Executive (EBLEX) with a certificate to prove it.
The Certificate of Merit was awarded by L'Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani, which means EBLEX will in future be able to use their logo on product packs in Italy. Recognition from the 5,000-strong association is expected to boost exports to Italy.See the full content of this document
