NORTH East games industry network GameHorizon is to open its membership to companies all over the countr y. The group played host to industry leaders from around the world when its third annual GameHorizon conference returned to the Sage Gateshead on Tuesday and Wednesday. But now the six-year-old group is broadening its membership in the hope of playing a bigger role in championing the UK industry around the world.
GameHorizon was set up by digital innovation organisation Codeworks to help build links between games companies in the region and raise their profile in the North East and beyond.
