THE fortunes of the birds of the Farne Islands last year are revealed by data gathered by the National Trust wardens who occupy the islands from March to early December.
A report compiled by Trust head warden David Steel shows that the total number of breeding species and those which pass through the islands totalled 190 - a record for one season.See the full content of this document
