Summary
LIKE most people, I've been surprised and delighted by the record- breaking performance of the Great Britain and Northern Ireland Olympics team.
At the time of writing, we have won 16 gold medals, in the best performance since the 1908 Olympics (when the British team made up one third of competitors).
