Northumberland interior designer Sandra Lourenco says it's about time we had an injection of colour in the North-East. "You look out of the window and it's grey or raining," she says. "So we need to be bold and to have colour and vibrancy. It enriches people's lives. If you don't feel confident about using colour, just use a quick flash of it."
