IRISH developer McAleer & Rushe has bought a key hotel development site on the quayside in Gateshead for pounds 5m from West Yorkshire developer Opus Land.
The site to the east of the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art, which was home to a warehouse for industrial equipment manufacturer Ingersoll Rand, has outline planning permission for a 200 bed hotel.See the full content of this document
