NORTH East Apprentice hopeful Helen Milligan fell agonisingly short of winning the hit TV show last night. The Greggs bakery executive was beaten to the prize by inventor Tom Pellereau, who will now go into partnership with business guru Lord Alan Sugar. Helen was sacked by Lord Sugar before she got to the final despite her unrivalled winning streak. The 30-year-old was on the winning team for nine weeks, which is a new show record.
