Hartlepool have already had the best season in the club's 96 years - but they still have a chance to make it even more historic by reaching the Second Division play-off final.

They will be second favourites after being held to Saturday's home draw by Bristol City, but they've upset the odds on their travels more than any other team in Division Two this season and City boss Danny Wilson is warning his players and City's fans not to take anything for granted.
