AMOTHER has told how she is lucky to be alive after being involved in a head-on crash with a car driven by an unaccompanied learner driver Katie Arkle's Vauxhall Vectra was a crumpled mess after it was hit by the car being driven illegally by 47-year-old Paul Todd. And the 28-year-old from Northum-berland was left trapped in the driver's seat while her two-year-old son cried for help in the back.
The mother-of-two suffered damage to her spine, eyesight and an arm, as well as splitting migraines. She has also had to stop, temporarily she hopes, her work with horses as a barefoot trimmer.See the full content of this document
