Summary
Given the sky-rocketing rates of sexually-transmitted diseases, I think we should welcome the Government's move to give away home- testing kits at supermarkets and petrol stations.
The most common STD, chlamydia, has risen 217% in the last 10 years. There are now almost 700,000 new diagnoses of diseases a year and clinics cannot keep up with the rise.See the full content of this document
