Judy Gibson and Michael Hodges have taken their first step on the career ladder by becoming the Centre for Life's first ever apprentices. The job-hunters were paired up with the Newcastle- based science village thanks to the Newcastle College's Business Administration Apprenticeship. They joined Life last month to work with the HR and marketing departments and are hoping for a lengthy future with the worldrenowned research centre. As business administration apprentices, their roles are to support the team at Life, while developing their skills through study at Newcastle College over the coming year.See the full content of this document
