THE father of a military policeman killed in Iraq has vowed to see justice for his son despite five Iraqis being cleared of his murder.

Red Cap Simon Miller died alongside Corporal Paul Long, 24, from South Shields, and four other Royal Military Police when a 400- strong Iraqi lynch mob descended on a police station where they were based in June 2003.
