CULTURE Club members have the chance to attend a preview tour at the newly refurbished Playhouse, Whitley Bay, on Tuesday, September 8 at 2pm.
Following an pounds 8m refit, the popular venue will once again be serving the people of North Tyneside and beyond with an eclectic programme of performances. Popular tribute band The Stones will kick off the new season on September 12 and tickets are already on sale for other shows including Agatha Christie's Murder on Air, Roald Dahl's The BFG and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Promising to breathe new life into the culture of the coastal town, the Playhouse boasts 630 seats, a 10-seat corporate viewing suite and a contemporary look and feel to its bars and lounge area.See the full content of this document
