The Government set up Supporters Direct to help win fans greater accountability and representation at sports clubs. Aylesbury United, Brentford, Cambridge City, Ebbsfleet United, Enfield Town, Exeter City, Runcorn Linnets, Scarborough Athletic, FC United of Manchester and AFCs Liverpool, Telford and Wimbledon are all supporter-owned as a result.
